Composite score = 55% FF achievement + 25% performance score + 20% QA score (each percentile-ranked within this file). Target growth is band-weighted, QA-gated, capped, then reconciled to hit the org target exactly. "Recommended lead mix" is guidance for that agent's own AM — it does not move the agent anywhere.
